    • Products returned in a used or damaged condition

      *Refunds will be made after we have received the product and duly verified it. Exceptions to the above would be made if the package has been lost in transit where the customer needs to provide the Courier slip with AWB number.

    After the delivery of the purchased product, if you are unsatisfied with the product subject to the issues stated in point number 1 above, kindly email us your order details of the existing product which you want to replace or return at The existing product needs to reach us at Kolkata and returns or exchange can be made after QC.

    We request our customers to kindly refer to the washing instructions mentioned on the tag of the product to avoid damage. Our products are made with handpicked delicate fabrics and are advised professional dry cleaning rather than home wash.

    We have done our best to accurately display the colors of the garments on our website, however the colors you see will also depend on the display settings and resolution of your monitor.

    We dispatch products from Monday to Saturday. Once you place the order, we will aim to dispatch the order in 2 working days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the dispatch of your order can take up to 7 working days. You will be informed via email upon dispatch of the order.

    Yes, we try to ship all the items together. In case, a single order has too many voluminous items, we may ship in multiple shipments in order to ensure that the product is safe and handled with care and therefore, gets to you in time.

    After dispatch the product you will get a email and SMS the tracking details and the courier name.
